Good food is a tradition: many Tyrolean specialties with a large share of local products await you at Gasthof Stuibenfall.
It is the owner who, together with the cook, ensures that the culinary heritage of the Stuibenfall is respected and further more, the french charme is into our dishes.
In summer we offer many fresh delicacies À la Carte – among others our famous fresh trout from the fish pond. The beer comes from a small Tyrolean brewery (Starkenberger) and wine is one of the passions of the owner, who offers you a selection of French, Austrian and South Tyrolean bottles. Gasthof Stuibenfall is a founding member of “Tiroler Wirtshauskultur”, an initiative to preserve and develop quality cuisine in the Tyrolean tradition.
We cordially invite you to one of the most beautiful excursion destinations in Tyrol and serve you delicacies of the region on the basis of an equally down-to-earth and selected cuisine. Whether eggs, butter, cheese, jams or the daily fresh bread from our village bakery – we attach great importance to the fact that our ingredients come from the region or from quality producers from Tyrol. Here you can taste the freshness of the products.

A dinner you will not forget
In the evening you can expect daily variety and delight with our 5-course menu of choice. Based on the best local ingredients, the cuisine ranges from original Tyrolean delicacies, according to traditional family recipes from hostess Erika, to classics of Austrian and international cuisine, to specialties such as French mountain cheese from the old home of “le patron” Dominique.
The wine selection is also exquisite, albeit at moderate prices. The fine wines come from vintners in Austria, nearby South Tyrol and France, and the range expands every year. We enjoy tasting and are happy to admit that we ourselves also attach great importance to culinary delights!
